BestChat — User Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with BestChat.

How to request deletion

1. Send a deletion request to the support email configured in the application settings.
2. Include the Facebook account or identifier associated with your BestChat account so we can verify the request.
3. We will delete eligible personal data associated with the account, subject to data we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Meta deletion callback

For Meta platform deletion requests, this URL also accepts Meta's signed deletion callback and returns a confirmation code and status URL.
