BestChat — Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using BestChat, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of the platforms you connect.

Account and Page responsibility

You are responsible for the Facebook accounts and Pages you connect, the permissions you grant, and the content or messages you send through the service. You must have the authority to manage every Page connected to your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful activity.
• Do not use the service to circumvent Meta platform restrictions or send content prohibited by Meta policies.
• Keep your login credentials, access tokens and application secrets confidential.

Facebook / Meta platform

Features that use Facebook are dependent on Meta APIs, permissions, tokens and platform availability. Meta may change, restrict or discontinue an API or permission. We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will keep every feature available.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, hosting failures, API limits and third-party outages may temporarily affect functionality.

Termination

You may stop using the service and remove connected accounts from the application. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users or third-party platforms, or where misuse is detected.
